First Dates Ireland is coming back for a third series this year, and the team here at COCO Television are looking for background daters to come to the First Dates Ireland restaurant for a very special blind date. 

For those that don’t know, background daters are the ones you see in the background of the restaurant while the main daters work their magic. That sounds pretty obvious though, right? Maybe not so much.
